Property walkthrough, scope of work definition, materials spec, and detailed cost estimate before any work begins.

All required permits pulled, utility coordination, demo and site prep executed. Clean baseline established for construction.

Build & QC

Phased construction with milestone inspections. Rough-in, finish, punch list. Nothing ships without a quality check.

Handoff

Final inspection, CO obtained, keys and documentation transferred to property management. Unit goes live.
